Hosting
This website is operated on infrastructure in Germany. When the pages are accessed, technically necessary server log data (such as IP address, time of access, page requested) is processed to ensure delivery and security of the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Demo request
If you request a demo through the form, we process the data you provide (name, company, business email address, role and your message) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
To send the request email, we use the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc.) as a processor. Your details are not used for advertising and not passed on to uninvolved third parties. We store the request only for as long as is necessary for processing and any follow-up communication.
Optional website statistics with Umami
With your consent, we measure visits and successful demo requests using self-hosted Umami on our server in Germany. App content, names, email addresses and form entries are excluded. No analytics cookies or session recordings are used. Your choice is stored in a necessary cookie for 180 days and can be withdrawn using Privacy settings in the footer. Usage data is deleted after 13 months. Further information is available in our central privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, an informal message to aurair@auranexus.ai is sufficient.
Changes
We adjust this privacy policy as soon as changes to the website or to legal requirements make it necessary.
